Where is Aeris Massage Located?
Aeris Massage is located in Covington, WA inside Sola Salon in Studio 39. Click here to find our studio!
Sola Salon is a creative workspace for those in a Spa/Salon industry. The collective workspace is split into 42 individual studios. Covering a wide array of services.
Where is your receptionist?
Aeris Massage inside Sola Salon is an individual business entity. This means we do not have a receptionist or waiting room. There are benches located in the hallway you are free to use while you await your service. While awaiting your service session please be mindful and respectful of the shared space.
I am outside, why are the doors locked?
Please note that on weekdays after 5 PM, Saturdays before 10 AM, and all day on Sundays the front doors are locked and you will need to text to let us know of your arrival.
What do I do if I arrive early?
Relax, and take a seat in the hallway. Due to booking times, the massage room may still be in use if you arrive early.
Why is the bathroom locked?
For security and sanitary reasons the bathroom require a code. Please see your intake form, or text for the code if you need to use the in house facilities.
Why do I have to prepay?
Requiring prepayment ensures accountability for both the clients and the therapist.
What happens if I have to cancel my appointment?
We understand that life happens, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation. Please see our Cancellation/No Show Policy for more details.
Do you take insurance?
Insurance is currently not accepted at Aeris Massage. We can give a receipt that you can take to your insurance for reimbursement.
Can I pay with my HSA of FSA?
Yes, we accept HSA and FSA cards!
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes, gift certificates are available digitally online, we also have limited hard copies on hand, which are available upon request. Gift certificates can be purchased by clicking here. Please note gratuity is not included in the cost of the gift certificate.
Do you accept Spa Finder gift cards?
No, we do not accept Spa Finder gift cards.
Does Aeris Massage accept tips?
Tips are always accepted but never expected.
Can I choose the music played during my massage?
Yes, please let us know of your musical preference either on the intake form or prior to the start of the service.
What do I wear during the massage?
You can dress down to your level of comfort. Please note some clothing items may restrict a free flowing massage.
